Democrats are rethinking their strategy on immigration and may move a bill through the House, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told a Spanish-language newspaper Thursday.

While the Senate works on health care and jobs, the House has enough votes to pass healthcare, Pelosi said in an interview printed in La Opinion.

She added that she has President Obama’s support and “hoped to pass immigration reform this year.”
